Start a project

Bring a rough idea. You don’t need drawings, dimensions, or a budget to start — we’ll work that out together. Two things are required: what you’d like made, and a way to reach you.

Inquiring about: Hearth + architectural

What you need and how to reach you

Plain language is fine. What it’s for and roughly what you picture is enough to start.

Email or phone — either is fine.

Optional project details

“About 4 ft, maybe 5” is a real answer. So is “I haven’t measured.”

If there’s a date that matters — an event, a build schedule — tell us. If not, say flexible.

Photos, sketches, or something you liked

Phone photos are exactly what we want, and a napkin sketch tells us more than a paragraph. Up to 10 images or PDFs — big photos are shrunk automatically, so don’t worry about size.

Before you send

  • Handmade work carries natural variation. A knot in a top or a hammer mark in a bracket is the process showing, not a defect.
  • Once design time is spent and material is ordered, a deposit is no longer refundable. We’ll tell you exactly when that point is, before you’re asked for anything.

No lead time is being promised. We’ll read this and come back with real questions or a real number.
